The Pathways feature enables users to explore growth and development for specific skills or competencies they are interested in, aspiration-based roles – roles they want to move into, best-fit roles – positions where they are already well-qualified, logical next steps – suggested career progression pathways, organisational growth roles – opportunities aligned with company priorities, and current vacancies – available roles that match their skill set.

Link to targeted training activities in your Learning Management System, online, or from external providers.

Personal Development Plan (PDP)

The staff member (with their manager) identifies and captures their goals and the supporting actions. This is tracked in their automated Personal Development Plan (PDP) and reminders appear in the staff member's 'Open tasks' dashboard for all outstanding actions.

This information is also automatically rolled up so, if you have the correct permissions, you can look for trends and patterns across the setting and achievement of all goals and actions across all staff, at any level of the organisation.
